DALLAS — EFG Companies, home of the Hyundai Assurance program, announced today that the company earned awards in all categories in which it submitted for the 13th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service. EFG competed against companies from around the world, such as IBM, Delta Vacations, DHL, Salesforce.com, John Hancock Financial Services, GoDaddy, and Dell Technologies.
EFG’s haul includes Gold awards for Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 seats), Sales and Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year, and Sales Management Team of the Year. EFG also won Silver awards for New Marketing Solution for the company’s contract holders website and L.O.V.E. (for “Learning Opps through Virtual Engagement”) campaign.
The Stevie Awards are a feature of the American Business Awards, the USA’s top business awards program. This marks the fifth year in a row that EFG has won multiple awards for national excellence.
“Knowing that everything we do reflects directly on our clients’ brands, these achievements demonstrate EFG’s fanatical focus on the total customer experience, client engagement and innovation,” said President and CEO John Pappanastos. “At EFG, we take pride in operating as an extension of our clients’ management teams to achieve industry-leading results. This means we never stop evaluating how to raise the bar for the industry, whether that means achieving national certifications, sourcing new training, or utilizing new technology innovations.”
