Cox to Integrate Dealertrack's Service Tool With Xtime's Retention Solutions
Cox Automotive says the integration will help dealers better capitalize on customer loyalty and operational efficiency for their parts and service departments.
ATLANTA — Cox Automotive today announced that it will be combining the Dealertrack Service Pro fixed-ops tool with its Xtime customer engagement and retention solution.
Cox Automotive officials said the integration will help dealers better capitalize on customer loyalty and operational efficiency for their parts and service departments.
“Fixed operations is a dependable and growing source of revenue for our dealer clients, and the ownership lifecycle and experience is closely connected to it,” said Keith Jezek, president of software for Cox Automotive. “It makes perfect sense to merge the technologies that drive them to provide an efficient, engaging and effective system for both the vehicle owner and dealership.”
Xtime will demonstrate the combined tools at the 2016 National Automotive Dealers Association Convention and Expo.
