PassTime Names New CEO, President
PassTime cofounder Jeffrey Frank was named chairman and CEO, while 19-year company veteran Chris Macheca was named president. The latter will retain his title of COO.
LITTLETON, Colo. — GPS tracking solutions provider PassTime has named cofounder Jeffrey (Jake) Frank chairman and CEO. The company also announced the appointment of Chris Macheca as president. He will also retain his title of COO.
Frank began his industry career in 1990 before cofounding PassTime in 1992. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
Macheca is a 19-year company veteran who has been involved in all areas of the organization, including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing. He received his bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver. Prior to being named COO in 2015, Macheca served as executive vice president of operations.
