Chicago, IL — Cars.com continues its DealerADvantage LIVE Webinar series at noon ET Nov. 10th with "Managing Leads: Strategies to Close More Sales." The free 45-minute program examines proven techniques dealers can use to win more business by refining their new car lead acquisition and sales processes.
"More than any other factor, process determines whether a dealer wins the sale or instead provides a competing store with a customer," said Fred Haney, Cars.com training manager. "Ensuring success requires managing several complex variables, from properly defining the lead territory to making time to fully pursue each lead and selecting lead providers who can give you only the high-quality leads you want, when you want them."
To register for individual sessions or the entire series, dealers can go to http://dealeradvantage.cars.com, where they can also learn more each webinar or access the archive of previous DealerADvantage LIVE sessions. Dealers do not have to be Cars.com customers to attend, but they must download free WebEx software (http://www.webex.com) to participate.
The next DealerADvantage LIVE will be held at noon ET Dec.8
