Overland Park, Kan. - NCM Associates, a leading provider of 20 Group, Consulting, Training and Benchmarking services to automotive retail dealers and Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) operators, announced its sponsorship of the National Alliance of Buy Here Pay Here Dealers 2010 National Underwriting & Collections Conference to be held November 7-9 in Dallas. Speaking at the event will be NCM BHPH specialist, Brent Carmichael, who will conduct a seminar entitled, “Best Underwriting and Collections Practices from 20 Groups.” Carmichael will also be available in booth103/105 during exhibit hours to discuss the unique challenges and rewards of BHPH with event attendees.
NCM Associates is again making a statement of confidence in the Buy Here Pay Here industry with its Platinum sponsorship of the fourth annual National Underwriting & Collections Conference produced by the National Alliance of Buy Here Pay Here Dealers. Earlier this year, NCM was a Platinum sponsor of NABD 2010, the BHPH industry’s leading dealer conference. With this second event sponsorship in 2010, which focuses on the financing and collections side of the business, NCM is demonstrating its leadership in the Buy Here Pay Here industry.
“We are pleased to be in a growth position relative to the BHPH segment,” said NCM Associates President and CEO Paul A. Faletti, Jr. “The collective size of our BHPH clients’ loan portfolio has grown 27 percent over the past three years, and during that same period, we’ve seen them increase their collections by more than 26 percent. Clearly, the profit potential for dealers in the Buy Here Pay Here space is substantial and we are well-positioned to help them capitalize on those opportunities,” he explained. Faletti acknowledged that much of the reason NCM has captured the attention of the operators in the BHPH industry comes from Brent Carmichael’s experience and reputation. “We are mindful of the wealth of BHPH knowledge Brent possesses, but even more impactful is his ability to translate his experience and expertise in ways that are easily understood and very passionate.”
Carmichael will be in a position to demonstrate his BHPH enthusiasm at NCM’s exhibit booth #103/105 in Filmmakers Hall and during his seminar presentation, “Best Underwriting and Collections Practices from 20 Groups,” featuring the importance of Deal Structure Analysis and Charge Off Analysis to reducing risk and increasing profits. Carmichael knows underwriting and collections from his more than 17 years in sub-prime finance and collections, the last 11 of which were in Buy Here Pay Here. He also knows 20 Groups, as he is the Executive Conference Moderator for six NCM BHPH 20 Groups. The session is planned for November 8, 2010 from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. in the Enterprise Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency DFW, Terminal C?the site of this year’s event.
