KAR Names New Leader for Autoniq
Joe Oliveri, a 20-year industry veteran, was named vice president of KAR's Autoniq business unit, which provides mobile and digital vehicle pricing and evaluation reports.

CARMEL, Ind. — Global vehicle remarketing and technology solutions provider KAR Auction Services Inc. has named Joe Oliveri vice president of the company’s Autoniq business unit, which provides mobile and digital vehicle pricing and evaluation reports. Oliveri will be responsible for leading Autoniq’s operations and digital product development. He will also be tasked with advancing the company’s market growth strategies from KAR’s technology and innovation hub in Chicago. “Joe has a proven track record of successfully developing and leveraging iOS and Android mobile products for the automotive industry,” said Kayne Grau, president of Data as a Service at KAR. “His extensive digital and mobile app development experience, strategic mindset and strong leadership with a keen eye towards enhancing the user experience will help propel Autoniq as a digital leader.”
Oliveri brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his new role. He comes to KAR from Cars.com, where he held various leadership roles. His strong dealer relationships and understanding of their challenges led him to create solutions that enhanced their buying and selling experience. He most recently served as leader of mobile product for Cars.com — generating approximately 8 million visits to the site per month, all according to the announcement.
