The Ethical F&I Managers Conference is seeking working F&I pros to attend and speak at its next event, scheduled for March 2-4 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the annual Ethical F&I Managers Conference have announced the next event will be held this March in Las Vegas. EFI Con will be co-located with the annual Agent Summit for the first time.
Longtime conference director Tony Dupaquier said EFI will share an expo hall, breakfasts and several joint sessions — including the F&I Hall of Fame and Dealers’ Choice Awards ceremonies, the on-stage portion of the "So You Think You Can Do F&I" competition and ACE Automotive Compliance Specialist certification — with Agent Summit.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have EFI Con join us in Vegas. We know Tony D. and his team well, they have built an event to be proud of, and it’s a perfect fit for both groups,” said Agent Summit show chair David Gesualdo.
The conference will boast its usual lineup of high-profile speakers from the F&I training and development world. But Dupaquier, who serves as vice president of training for iA American Warranty Group, urged new attendees to pitch their own ideas, noting that working F&I professionals have helped organize and taken the stage at every event since the conference launched in 2019.
“You don’t have to be a professional speaker or trainer to conduct an EFI workshop or join an EFI panel,” he said. “We want sessions focused on every aspect of F&I. If you are doing something special, and you have the passion and fire to share the knowledge you’ve gained, this is your opportunity.”
Ethical F&I Managers Conference 2025 will be held March 2-4 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Click here for more information or to register or book a room in the event’s discounted hotel block. Click here to submit an idea for a workshop or panel.
