AMPS Fully Integrated with Subaru’s Integrated Lead Management Program
Clifton Park, NY – Auto/Mate Dealership Systems, (http://www.automate.com), the highest ranked DMS provider in the 2009 NADA Annual Survey of Dealership Satisfaction, announced today that it has been certified by Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) as a vendor partner for the Subaru Integrated Lead Management Program. Effective immediately, Auto/Mate’s Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) can deliver Subaru web leads to dealers via its fully integrated CRM module, Customer/Mate.
“The certification program ensures that our Subaru dealers will receive OEM leads within seconds, and provides a number of advanced lead management tools to help dealers close the leads quickly,” said Mike Esposito, president and CEO of Auto/Mate Dealership Systems.
Auto/Mate’s certification brings AMPS and Customer/Mate into compliance with Subaru’s new requirement that all dealers must use a certified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Once leads are transmitted from Subaru’s web site, Customer/Mate can deliver them to any e-mail enabled device, including PDA’s, smart phones, laptops, PC’s or Mac’s with Internet connectivity. Salespeople can respond to and manage leads from their mobile devices, with all responses being recorded and stored in Customer/Mate. The ability to create customized “Auto Responder” templates ensures that each customer will receive a fast response based on their individual inquiry.
Subaru of America’s Integrated Lead Management Program includes a system to help dealers manage and track their lead performance. Through Customer/Mate, Subaru dealers will be able to access a web-based reporting system that provides metrics such as lead volume, close rate and dealer response time. Dealers can also compare their performance to regional and national averages. Customer/Mate will automatically transmit certain disposition information back to Subaru, including whether the lead was accepted or rejected by the dealer, and when an OEM delivered lead resulted in a sale.
Customer/Mate is a complete CRM solution and is one of more than 20 modules in Auto/Mate’s comprehensive Dealer Management System, AMPS (Automotive Management Productivity Suite). Customer/Mate provides a number of advanced tools for efficient sales and customer management, as well as sales analysis with an easy-to-use interface.
