Auto Dealer CRM Provider DealerSocket Adds DealerTrack Credit Application Integration
DealerSocket, a leading auto dealer CRM provider, announced the availability of the integration between DealerSocket’s CRM Solution and the DealerTrack credit application network.
Integration securely links over 45 customer record fields for ease of use and improved data accuracy
San Clemente, CA – DealerSocket (www.dealersocket.com), a leading auto dealer CRM provider, announced today the availability of the integration between DealerSocket’s CRM Solution and the DealerTrack credit application network. The integration is a one-way transmission of customer, co-buyer, vehicle, and trade information from DealerSocket to the DealerTrack credit application network. Once in the DealerTrack network, the data can then be used to pull a credit report, run a Red Flag identity check, or submit credit application data to connected lenders.
“Our product improvement road map is based on customer requests”, said Brad Perry, DealerSocket co-founder and CTO. “Adding this integration with DealerTrack’s leading credit application network will smooth work flow, eliminate double entry, and increase data integrity for our auto dealer customers.”
“Offering this integration is a win-win for customers of both DealerTrack and DealerSocket,” said Robert Granados, vice president, Finance Solutions at DealerTrack. “The new integration will provide even more efficiencies for a dealership’s sales and F&I process, while improving data accuracy, all by reducing the number of times a dealer has to input data.”
A dealer will need to be enrolled on DealerTrack’s credit application network to take advantage of the functionality. If a dealer is not enrolled, they can do so for free. Simply go to www.dealertrack.com, click on ‘Sign up for DealerTrack (Free)’, fill out the form and fax it to the DealerTrack Enrollment Dept. at 516-908-4240. You can also contact the DealerTrack Client Support team at 1.877.357.8725.
